With several teams looking a free week due to the Milk Cup and the Carrick Cup there were just two games in the Carnegie Premiership.
Loughgall Lakers continued their battle to avoid the drop into the Championship with a trip to Ballymena.

Northland Raiders did their battle against the dreaded drop the power of good with an unlikely 2-2 draw against an out of sorts Linfield side.
Alfie McCrorys blues would have been fairly confident of collecting all three points but a determined Raiders display was enough for them to secure a valuable point.

In the only game played in the Coca Cola Championship, Dromore Amateurs suffered a set back at home when Alison Nichols Coleraine side recorded a surprise 4-2 victory.

Mid table Distillery entertained neighbours Crumlin United and recorded a comfortable 3-1 win.
After last weeks setback against Rathcoole the Distillery girls were determined to up their game.
Aimee McKeown, Emma Gillispie and Hayley Miller all made a goal scoring contribution on the night to collect all three points for their team.
