A MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN

The Loughgall Lakers are pleased to announce a new sponsorship deal with the High Street Mall, Portadown, to prove that you really can get a kick out of shopping!

The Mall has provided sponsorship for a stylish new strip for the Loughgall Lakers, who just happened to be shopping around for a new sponsor!

The team are now stepping out in style for this year's NI Woman's Football Association league.

Delighted about the sponsorships synergy, High Street Mall Manager, Tracey Jackson, says; "High Street Mall is obviously proud to support the local community in this way, and help boost the team's moral through this smart new look. The game attracts plenty of women spectators as well as players and we all know women, in general, love to shop; so it's a winning combination, especially if the start of the season is anything to go by!

Linzi Vennard, Team Captain of Loughgall Lakers says; "We're over the moon to have High Street Mall's support. The sonsorship, colour and clothing couldn't be a better fit - and we all obviously love to shop too, so it makes sense all around."

Coach, Steven Vennard added, "It is a massive boost to our club as we continue to make strides forward. With Under-12s, Under-14s Under-16s and a Senior Team, we need all the help we can get and we are delighted that the High Street Mall have put their faith in us and what we are trying to do."

Things have been going superbly well for the Lakers. Two points clear at the top of the league with two wins out of two, into the Mid-Ulster Divisional Cup final, through to the first round proper of the Premier Cup and through to the second round of the Nationwide Irish Cup and with a new sponsor and a new kit!

It promises to be an exciting summer for the Lakers!
