The current women’s world ranking includes 135 countries, the highest number since December 2007 when a new record was set with 150 teams.

Northern Ireland were the biggest movers on the list – with the side also moving up to 28th in Europe – the team’s highest ever European ranking.

Congratulations to National Women’s Coach, Alfie Wylie and all the players on this fantastic achievement.
