U19 GIRLS QUALIFY FOR SECOND ROUND

THE Northern Ireland U19 women’s team has qualified for the second qualifying round of the UEFA European Women’s Under-19 Championship.
Alfie Wylie’s side booked their place in the next round as the best third-ranked team in the first qualifying round.
On Thursday, Northern Ireland beat Lithuania 4-0 with goals from Laura Nicholas, Lauren Brennan and Nicole Graham (two).
The draw for the second qualifying round takes place in Nyon on 15 November.
