Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of NIWFA for the period ending October 2008 will be held on Thursday 3rd December 2009 at The Oval (Glentoran FC), Belfast at 7.30 p.m.
The main business will be to -:
1. Approve the reports of the previous office bearers
2. Nominate new office bearers and Committee members for the following year
3. Sanction any alterations to the Constitution / Handbook.
Any Club / Committee member wishing to nominate individuals for Office bearers / Committee members and add or change the Constitution or Handbook MUST notify the Secretary at least 21 days before the AGM (by Thursday12th November 2009).

Please ensure that people nominated are
1. Aware that they have been nominated and will be in attendance at the AGM
2. Willing to attend meetings and are able to set aside 3-5 hours per week to help with the administration of the NIWFA
You will be notified of any additions or change 7 days prior to the AGM.
Please note that a MAXIMUM of 2 representatives from each Club are invited to attend and that anyone currently serving an IFA/NIWFA suspension is ineligible to attend
