The final squad for the Girl's Under 13 and Under 14 Northern Ireland International Development squads has finally been confirmed.

This year, the players from outside of Belfast seem to dominate both squads, which is an excellent reflection of the current growth of the game in rural areas.

The squad will travel to Stranraer on Saturday 25th June to play against a Scottish Regional team. The under 14s play an 11 a-side game, with three periods of 25 minutes, whereas the under 13's play 7 a-side matches in a tournament format. Last year, our girls put in an impressive display and won all their games, except one 7 a-side match. Head coaches, Lucy Fagan (Under 14) and Kim Funston (Under 13) will be hoping to continue this winning streak during the forthcoming fixture.

Congratulations to the Under 14 squad on a magnificent result, beating Scotland 7 - 2
